Kathmandu- Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has said the weather is generally cloudy in most parts of the country and it is raining heavily in some parts of Sudurpashchim Pradesh.
Currently, light to moderate rain is occurring in some parts of Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki Provinces, according to the Division.
A low-pressure weather system formed in the Bay of Bengal and central India which is gradually surging towards the north and the westerly wind is causing light to moderate rain in Nepal, said the Division.
According to the Division, the weather will remain generally to fully cloudy with chances of light to moderate rain in some parts of Sudurpashchim, Karnali, Gandaki, and Lumbini.
Similarly, the weather will remain generally fully cloudy with chances of light to moderate rain in most parts of Sudurpashchim, Karnali, Gandaki, Lumbini, and in some parts of Pradesh 1, Pradesh 2, and Bagmati Pradesh tonight.
