Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s health is stable, doctors attending on the PM told the media this evening.
A team of Prof Dr Arun Sayami, Prof Dr Dibya Singh Shah and Dr Santa Kumar Das is treating the Prime Minister at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre of Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH). “The latest reports of the PM’s health checkups show signs of improvement. The sugar level is also stable,” Prof Dr Sayami said in the media brief this evening.
Earlier today, President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba and senior leader of Nepal Communist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal visited the TUTH to enquire about the Prime Minister’s health condition.
Prime Minister Oli was admitted to the Mobile Coronary Care Unit (MCCU) of the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre following chest infection at 4:30 am this morning.
