The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalnath Khanal, has said that the main opposition Nepali Congress was spreading rumor that the government was failing in service delivery.
Speaking in a programme organized to welcome new comers to the party here today, leader Khanal said that the NC was vomiting anger due to defeated psychology.
He argued that the NC was afraid of two-thirds majority of the government and was busy in creating rumour against government.
Former PM Khanal said that the NC was defeated in the election as it failed to manage the party and run the governments proper manner in past despite getting several chances.
About 300 leaders and cadres had joined the NCP leaving from NC, federal socialist and Rastriya Janata party Nepal.
Also present on the occasion were, NCP Province-1 In-charge and former Minister Bhim Acharya among other central and district level leaders.
