Election and constitution amendment cannot go side by side: Chairman Bijukchhe

Chairman of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Narayan Man Bijukchhe, has said that election and constitution amendment process cannot go side by side
At a programme organised by Rafat Sanchar Club here today, Chairman Bijukchhe suggested holding local poll at first then discussing on constitution amendment process.
Blaming the big parties of not following the code of conduct issued by the Election Commission, Chairman Bijukchhe drew the attention of the EC towards it.
He said that Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s warning of quitting the government even by misusing the power was wrong as it affects EC’s free and fair activities. RSS
