Election on scheduled date: Ramchandra Poudel

Nepali Congress ( NC) senior leader Ramchandra Poudel has said the local-level election will take place on the announced date.
Talking to RSS at Inaruwa, the district headquarters of Sunsari today, he highlighted on the importance of local election to prevent the risk of loosing achievements of so far. On the occasion, he took the opportunity to claim that the party would get an overwhelming victory in the election that is scheduled for May 14 this year.
Leader Poudel was confident that the long overdue election would be held on the stipulated date as he said that the government was holding talks with the dissenting Madheshi Front and they would come into consensus with the government for the same.
He argued that the election was inevitable for implementation of new constitution and out-letting the political impasse in the country.
