CPN (UML) secretary Pardeep Gyawali has claimed that his party has morally won the mayoral election held in the first phase local poll in Bharatpur Metropolis.
While addressing the election campaign here today, leader Gyawali said that CPN (Maoist Centre) deliberately torn down the ballot paper fearing from the UML’s possible victory.
In another context, the election commission was supporting those parties which were trapping the UML. RSS
